Migraine tracker · headache diary · iPhone
Migraine tracker for iPhone, built for the moment it hurts.
Calmraine is a private migraine diary and headache tracker for logging attacks, pain intensity, pain location, symptoms, possible factors, medication, and notes—without a long form when you are hurting.
No Calmraine account. No ads. Your health diary stays in protected storage on your iPhone.

A headache tracker that asks less
Fast when it hurts. Detailed when it matters.
Start the timer with very little effort. Attack Mode keeps the clock and a few large controls close, while every extra detail stays optional until you have more space.
- Start a migraine or headache record in seconds
- Add pain, medication, symptoms, factors, or a note later
- Keep one continuous record from start to finish

Quick Capture
Open your migraine diary at the right starting point.
The Quick Capture sheet takes you straight to a new attack, a past attack, a headache-free daily check-in, medication, or a quick note. It keeps common headache diary actions together without making you navigate a full form.
Pain tracking
Capture pain intensity, pain location, and how the pain feels.
Pain is not a single number. Calmraine lets you record only the parts you noticed, using focused screens that can be completed separately.

Symptoms and possible factors
Keep migraine symptoms and context beside the same attack.
Log symptoms you noticed and possible factors that were present. Calmraine keeps them as observations in your headache diary—it does not label a factor as the cause of an attack.

Migraine diary and headache diary
A blank day is not automatically headache-free.
See attacks, confirmed headache-free days, medication days, and gaps without pretending that missing data means no headache.
- Calendar and completed attack history
- Past attacks and daily check-ins
- Overnight attacks counted across the days they touch

Migraine patterns, described carefully
Review counts you can trace to your diary.
Review headache days, attacks, recorded pain, medication days, symptoms, timing, and medication response. Calmraine describes what is in your diary without turning correlation into cause.
No diagnosis. No trigger verdicts. No prediction.
Migraine reports with Clinic Kit
Turn your headache diary into a clearer appointment conversation.
Choose a date range and create a clinician-oriented PDF. You can also export a spreadsheet or make a restorable backup.
A readable migraine report for a healthcare conversation.
A spreadsheet copy for your own analysis or records.
A manual backup you control and can restore.

Live Activity and Dynamic Island
The timer stays close without asking you to reopen the app.

You can choose to hide Live Activity details. What appears on the Lock Screen also depends on your iPhone settings.
Private migraine tracking
Your health diary is local. The details matter.
On your iPhone
Attacks, check-ins, pain, medication, symptoms, factors, and notes are stored in protected local app storage.
No Calmraine account
There is no sign-in flow, advertising SDK, or general-purpose analytics SDK in the current app.
Exports are your choice
PDF, spreadsheet, and backup files are separate copies created when you ask.
Migraine tracker questions
Clear answers, without the pitch.
Is Calmraine a medical device?
No. Calmraine is a personal record-keeping app. It does not diagnose, identify causes, predict attacks, recommend treatment, or replace medical care.
Do I have to complete every field?
No. Starting and ending the timer is enough to create an attack record. Pain, symptoms, medication, possible factors, period timing, and notes are optional.
Does the migraine diary sync to an account?
No Calmraine account or automatic cloud health-data sync is implemented. The diary is stored locally on your iPhone.
Can I bring the record to an appointment?
Yes. Clinic Kit can create a PDF for a chosen period and supports a spreadsheet export. These organize what you recorded; they are not a diagnosis.
