A headache tracker that asks less

Fast when it hurts. Detailed when it matters.

Start the timer with very little effort. Attack Mode keeps the clock and a few large controls close, while every extra detail stays optional until you have more space.

  • Start a migraine or headache record in seconds
  • Add pain, medication, symptoms, factors, or a note later
  • Keep one continuous record from start to finish

Quick Capture

Open your migraine diary at the right starting point.

The Quick Capture sheet takes you straight to a new attack, a past attack, a headache-free daily check-in, medication, or a quick note. It keeps common headache diary actions together without making you navigate a full form.

Pain tracking

Capture pain intensity, pain location, and how the pain feels.

Pain is not a single number. Calmraine lets you record only the parts you noticed, using focused screens that can be completed separately.

Symptoms and possible factors

Keep migraine symptoms and context beside the same attack.

Log symptoms you noticed and possible factors that were present. Calmraine keeps them as observations in your headache diary—it does not label a factor as the cause of an attack.

Migraine tracker questions

Clear answers, without the pitch.

Is Calmraine a medical device?

No. Calmraine is a personal record-keeping app. It does not diagnose, identify causes, predict attacks, recommend treatment, or replace medical care.

Do I have to complete every field?

No. Starting and ending the timer is enough to create an attack record. Pain, symptoms, medication, possible factors, period timing, and notes are optional.

Does the migraine diary sync to an account?

No Calmraine account or automatic cloud health-data sync is implemented. The diary is stored locally on your iPhone.

Can I bring the record to an appointment?

Yes. Clinic Kit can create a PDF for a chosen period and supports a spreadsheet export. These organize what you recorded; they are not a diagnosis.
